Grilled Cheese with Black garlic and Summer Salami Crust

4 slices of bread (a miche or round loaf, if possible)
4 slices Nostrano summer salami
4 slices brie
1 clove black garlic
30 ml (2 tbsp.) mayonnaise
Butter (for cooking)


Crush the black garlic with a spoon until it forms a paste.
Add the mayonnaise and combine with the black garlic paste. Set aside.
Heat a pan or a sandwich press. Coat with butter.
Build the sandwich with the cheese and bread.
Place one slice of salami on each outside face of the sandwich.
Toast or fry the sandwich until bread and sausage are golden brown.
Garnish with a bit of black garlic mayonnaise.
