Genoa Salami

As true perfection takes time, Genoa Salamis are naturally dried for almost two months.  Starting with first quality pork to which we add a special blend of spices heightened with whole black peppercorns, we obtain a salami that’s loaded with personality, proud of its roots and a sure bet to tempt your taste buds. Pair it with a dried cheese like Parmesan and a few walnuts to bring out its full complexity of flavour.

Bring some richness to our Genoa Salami’s savoury side with the caramel notes from a spicy red beer. Choose a lighter version so it stays refreshing, but with a certain complexity to marry beautifully with the peppery side of the salami.
