Deluxe Bloody Caesar

INGREDIENTS

Salami mini-brochettes:
A few cocktail skewers
One package Nostrano European Trio charcuterie
A few olives
Small pickles
Small bocconcini cheese balls

Bloody Caesar:
2 ounces vodka
6 ounces tomato juice or Clamato
Juice of ¼ lime
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Fresh ground black pepper
Celery salt to rim the glass
Ice

Preparation

Bloody Caesar:
Place celery salt or the spices of your choice in a saucer.
Rub the lime quarter on the rim of the glass, then roll rim in spices to coat. (You can get the perfect quantity of salt on the glass rim this way.)
Place remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour into the glass over ice.

Salami mini-brochettes:
Thread each ingredient in sequence on a cocktail skewer. Place one across the top of each Bloody Caesar glass before serving.
