INGREDIENTS

12 dates, pitted
1 100 g package Nostrano Calabrese salami
375 g mild Italian sausage meat (6 sausages)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cover each date in sausage meat. Count on about a ½ sausage of meat per date.
Repeat the process for remaining dates.
Roll up each sausage meat/date in a slice of Calabrese salami.
Place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
