Melted Brie with Figs, Calabrese and Maple Walnuts

One large brie cheese wheel
2 figs, cut into 4
5 slices Nostrano Calabrese Salami
6 walnuts
2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. maple syrup
One stalk of rosemary, cut into 3 pieces


Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the cheese in an oven safe dish and make a series of cuts in a lattice pattern on top.
In a small pan, heat the nuts and maple syrup over medium while mixing to coat nuts thoroughly.
Place the fig slices, coarsely chopped salami, rosemary and maple walnuts on top of the brie.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake about 15 minutes. Baking time will depend on the size of the cheese wheel. Serve accompanied by toast or baguette and enjoy immediately.
