Turkish-inspired breakfast

INGREDIENTS

1 package mild Hungarian salami
Hard-cooked eggs
Cucumber, peel on
Tomatoes
Olives
Feta-type cheese
Parsley
Pomegranate molasses (optional, you can use balsamic vinegar)
Olive oil

Preparation

Slice the cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Cut eggs in two.
Arrange ingredients on a platter (or on individual plates if desired).
When it’s time to eat, drizzle over with olive oil and pomegranate molasses.
Serve with crusty bread.
If served for breakfast, accompany with tea, jam and fresh fruit.
