INGREDIENTS

1 package (125 g) spicy Hungarian salami
1 package (125 g) mild Genoa salami
½ package (60 g) prosciutto
1 mild Cacciatora sausage (175 g)
8 peach quarters wrapped in prosciutto
1 Cendré de lune brie wheel (200 g)
1 (145 g) Hercule de Charlevoix firm cheese
Honey
Green and black olives
Almonds

GARNISH:
Rosemary sprigs
Dried orange slices

Preparation

Wrap peach slices in prosciutto.
Arrange remaining ingredients on a platter or serving plate.
Decorate the platter or serving plate with the garnishes.
